Journey with us by your side.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is an option, for some, after undergoing prescreening and preparatory therapy sessions—where you are prescribed a therapeutic dose of sublingual (under the tongue) ketamine in troche/lozenge or liquid form, that you would bring to our therapy space, — and embark on your journey with a trained therapist guide. You would then receive integration therapy directly after your dosing session, and continue sessions as needed for symptom reduction.

Ketamine produces a brief but profound psychedelic-like affect and has been used off-label for treatment resistant depression and many other mental health disorders, such as PTSD, anxiety, or end-of-life distress, because it can alter your mood, insight, consciousness, and behavior. Some report dreamlike states, relaxing softening of the body & mind, and others are able to work through difficult emotions and memories that come up.

Clients have reported improvements in symptoms hours or days after treatment, with effects sometimes lasting weeks or months.

We work closely with three local prescribers who will complete a health pre-screening, and if eligible, will determine the proper dosing for your ketamine journey.

Our dosing space.

Our nature inspired mushroom/moss Zen Room, located in our center’s lower level, provides a safe space to journey on ketamine, with a cozy chaise lounge, relaxing swing, window to the woods outside, and a bathroom directly across the hall. You will be one-on-one with your therapist guide for your entire experience.

Our “dosing room” is a quiet and a cozy place for your roughly 2-hour appointment to take place, allowing your journey to be as comfortable as possible.

Future Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Options:

Psilocybin:

Many studies have shown that Psilocybin (also known as magic mushrooms) is a safe and effective treatment for many mental health disorders when used in tandem with specialized individual therapy. We are hoping to see Psilocybin re-scheduled and legalized in 2025 or 2026 for clinical use, such as Ketamine is today. Psilocybin gives a profound psychedelic effect, and the dosing session can last about 8 hours.

Jill is also trained in Psilocybin-assisted therapy and will be ready to provide this service when it becomes available.

Jill currently provides risk management and integration therapy for clients seeking Psilocybin therapy services elsewhere, such as in a country or state or church where it is currently legal.

MDMA:

Many studies have shown that MDMA is a safe and effective treatment for many mental health disorders, when used in tandem with specialized individual therapy, and can be especially helpful with couples’ therapy. We are hoping to see MDMA re-scheduled and legalized in 2024 or 2025 for clinical use, such as Ketamine is today. MDMA gives a profound psychedelic effect, and the dosing session can last about 5 hours.

Jill is also trained in MDMA-assisted therapy and will be ready to provide this service when it becomes available.
